Therefore, we promise to deliver every handcrafted piece to you safely with the most meticulous packaging, the safest transportation and the most sincere service.

I. Delivery Time

At Suzzi Homes, every item undergoes strict quality inspection and elaborate packaging.
To ensure that the goods you receive are in good condition, we usually complete the processing and shipment within 1 to 3 working days after receiving your order.

In-stock items: They will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.

Customized items/handcrafted items: Due to the need for additional production time, they are usually dispatched within 5 to 10 working days.

If the order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately based on inventory and production conditions to ensure that you can receive some of the items as soon as possible.

Please note that orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Ii. Mode of Transportation

Suzzi Homes collaborates with several international logistics service providers, including China Post, ePacket, Yanwen, 4PX, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. According to the actual situations of different countries and regions, it automatically selects the most suitable transportation method for you to ensure the balance of package safety and timeliness.

We offer the following shipping options (the actual available options are subject to the checkout page)

Standard Shipping

Economical and suitable for most countries.

The usual delivery time is 10 to 25 working days.

Express Shipping

Use express delivery channels such as DHL, UPS and FedEx.

The usual delivery time is 5 to 10 working days.

Local Warehouse Shipping:

If the goods are in stock in overseas warehouses (such as those in the United States or Europe), we will ship them directly from the local warehouses. The delivery time is approximately 3 to 7 working days.

Iii. Freight Description

Free shipping for orders over a certain amount
Suzzi Homes offers free shipping from time to time. Please refer to the announcements on the website or in the store for details.

Standard freight calculation
The system will automatically calculate the shipping fee based on the weight, volume and destination of the goods and display it on the checkout page.

Tariffs and Import duties
Some countries or regions may impose tariffs or import value-added tax, and the buyer shall bear the cost.
If you need, we can assist you in providing relevant invoices or declaration materials.

Iv. Delivery Timeliness (For Reference

The following are the average delivery times for each major region for your reference:

Regional standard transportation express transportation
In the United States/Canada, it takes 10 to 20 working days and 5 to 7 working days
Europe: 10 to 18 working days, 5 to 8 working days
Australia/New Zealand: 12-20 working days, 6-9 working days
In Asia, it takes 7 to 15 working days and 3 to 6 working days
South America/Africa: 15-30 working days, 7-12 working days

Note: The actual delivery time may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, customs inspections, and delays of international flights. We apologize for any inconvenience.

V. Order Tracking

After each order is dispatched, we will provide you with a traceable logistics tracking number.

You can check the status of your package in real time through the following methods:

Log in to the Suzzi Homes official website or the "My Orders" page in the store backend;

Click the "View Logistics" button in the order;

Or use a third-party logistics tracking website (such as 17track.net, track123.com, etc.) to enter the tracking number for inquiry.

Notes

Logistics information updates may be delayed by 1 to 3 days, especially when the package has just left the shipping location.

If the logistics update is not displayed for a long time, please contact customer service in a timely manner.

Vi. Receiving and Inspection of Goods

When you receive the package, please carefully check whether the outer packaging is intact before signing for it.

If the packaging is obviously damaged or shows signs of opening, please take photos on the spot and contact the carrier or our customer service.

Please check the integrity of the goods within 48 hours after receiving them. If you find any missing parts or damage, please take pictures immediately and send an email to service@suzziehomes.com
We will handle it for you as soon as possible.

Vii. Delays and Abnormal Situations

We always make every effort to ensure that every order is delivered on time, but the following situations may cause delays:

Force majeure factors (such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, political events);

Logistics peak periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, Spring Festival, etc.)

Delayed customs clearance or untimely local express delivery;

The customer provided an incomplete address or an incorrect contact number.

If your package has not been delivered within the expected time limit, please contact us in a timely manner. We will communicate with the logistics provider and assist in the inquiry to ensure that your rights and interests are not affected.

Viii. Loss and Damage Handling

If the package is lost during transportation, we will collaborate with the carrier to investigate and provide you with solutions such as re-shipping or a full refund.

If the goods are severely damaged due to transportation, please provide photos and order information within 48 hours after receiving the goods. We will verify and reissue or refund them for you free of charge.

Ix. Address Modification and Order Change

If you need to modify the delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.

Once the package is dispatched, we will not be able to change the address. If the product is returned or lost as a result, the relevant costs shall be borne by the buyer.

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us before shipment. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
